A week late for week 27

I know, I know... I got just a little behind. I'm hitting my 28th week, but am just now posting my 27 week photo.

Things have been pretty good in pregnancy land. I'm still feeling well most of the time. There are some days when I barely have the energy to get off the couch, but then the next day, I get up and clean the entire garage!! It's so crazy! I have my next appointment on September 2nd and will have to endure the dreaded glucose test. Wish me luck!!

Texas Baby Shower

This past Saturday, Cody and I made a trip to Dallas to see some friends.  On Sunday, Sarah, Lani & Holly threw me the sweetest baby shower at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant.  It was so great to see the girls and catch up.  I haven't seen them since before the wedding so it was wonderful to get everyone together.  AND...Baby Girl got some really cute presents.  Here are a few pictures from the day.  Thank you SOOO much to the girls and everyone that came to celebrate with us!!

 

Back Track to our Wedding Reception

I just realized that I never posted the photos from mine and Cody's wedding reception... MONTHS ago!!  So here is a video I put together from the evening.  It was such a great night with family and friends.  I'm so blessed and proud to say that he is my husband... it's amazing how it all began more than 10 years ago.

Our little girl, whether she knows it or not, is already a fan of the Razorbacks!!! 

I can't wait to try these on her in a few months!!

Week 25

Yesterday, I went to the doctor for my week 25 appointment.  Baby girl Davis is growing right on schedule and her heart beat was going fast and strong.  I'm now hitting an uncomfortable, tired, weepy stage and it's not what I'm used to at all.  I can't believe she will be here in 15 weeks or so!!!  I feel like there is so much to do and so little time but I'm really looking forward to her arrival!!
